EPRMind Privacy Policy
This policy explains how EPRMind collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information and research data, and how you may exercise your related rights.
1 Scope and operator
This policy applies to EPRMind web and mobile pages and its account, EPR analysis, simulation, fitting, AI report, sharing, feedback, and related services.
EPRMind is operated by CIQTEK Co., Ltd.
2 Information we process
We process information only where necessary for a stated function. The information involved depends on the features you use.

3 How we use information
We will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or choice if the purpose, method, or categories materially change.
- Provide and improve the EPR features you request.
- Authenticate accounts and protect account security.
- Diagnose failures, protect the service, and produce aggregate statistics.
- Respond to feedback and privacy requests.
4 Research data and personal information
A spectrum alone will not usually identify a person. It may become personal information when file names, sample descriptions, reports, or chats contain names, contact details, personnel numbers, or other identifiers, or when the data is linked to an account.
Unpublished spectra and research results may also be confidential institutional information or trade secrets. Confirm that you are authorized to process the data and remove unrelated personal information before upload.
5 AI services and processors
When you request AI reports, material analysis, or AI chat, EPRMind may send the minimum necessary analysis context and input through the CIQTEK service gateway to the configured model service. Do not submit unrelated identity, financial, password, or verification-code information.
We require processors to act only for agreed purposes and use appropriate safeguards. We will update the relevant notice if a material provider, scope, or storage-location change occurs.
6 Retention and deletion
Account deletion is irreversible. Export or save any data you still need before deleting your account.
- While an account remains active, we retain the account information, analysis tasks, and history needed to provide the service.
- You may delete analysis tasks and history from the task list. Deleted records cannot be recovered.
- Verification records, temporary task credentials, and runtime caches are retained only while needed for their functions and are then deleted.
- When you delete your account, all associated account details, analysis tasks, history, results, feedback, and other information are permanently physically deleted and cannot be retrieved or restored.
7 Sharing and disclosure
A shared result is available only after you create a share link. Check file names, sample information, reports, and figures before sharing.
We do not sell personal information or disclose it for unrelated purposes, except where necessary to provide the service, lawfully authorized, or required by law.
8 Security
We use safeguards appropriate to data and risk, including access controls, transport protection, password and verification-code hashing, audit logging, backup protection, and incident response. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9 Your choices and rights
- View and update profile details in Settings.
- Delete analysis records from the task list.
- Request account closure in account settings.
- Use Feedback to request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, or an explanation of other information linked to you. Identity verification may be required.
- Clear local site data in your browser after exporting any guest history you want to keep.
10 Minors
EPRMind is intended mainly for research and professional users. Users under 14 should not register or provide personal information without guardian consent.
11 Updates and contact
We may update this policy when law, features, or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice.
