EPRMind
EPRMind Terms of Service
These terms govern your registration for, access to, and use of EPRMind. Please review the provisions concerning data, AI output, limitations, and account closure before using the service.
1 Operator and scope
EPRMind is operated by CIQTEK Co., Ltd.
These terms apply to the EPRMind web and mobile pages, EPR data analysis, simulation, fitting, AI reports, database search, sharing, and related services.
2 Service
EPRMind provides tools for spectrum parsing, radical candidate identification, vacancy or defect assistance, isotropic simulation and fitting, figure editing, literature-assisted search, and AI interpretation. Available features may depend on the current version and your account access.
We may add, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features for scientific, technical, security, or operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
3 Accounts and security
- Provide lawful, accurate, and necessary account information.
- Keep your credentials secure and do not sell, rent, or transfer your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may delete your account as directed on the page. The account and all associated information are permanently physically deleted and cannot be restored, so export any data you need first.
4 Your data and license
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in spectra, experiment information, and other input. You permit us to process that content only as needed to provide analysis, storage, display, reports, and sharing that you request.
You must have the right to submit the data. Obtain any necessary authorization before submitting another person's information, confidential institutional data, trade secrets, or third-party intellectual property.
5 AI and scientific limitations
- EPRMind is a research assistance tool and does not replace experimental design, quality control, professional judgment, or independent validation.
- Results may be affected by frequency, baseline, noise, data quality, model scope, and database coverage, and may contain errors or uncertainty.
- A high R2, similar g or A value, or a single-spectrum match does not by itself establish chemical identity, defect type, or a quantitative conclusion.
- Verify important results against raw data, controls, literature, and other characterization methods, and record the software version and manual adjustments.
6 Acceptable use
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape at scale, probe vulnerabilities, or call interfaces at abnormal rates.
- Do not use the service to fabricate research evidence, conceal processing, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- We may restrict features, suspend service, or close accounts where necessary to address violations or protect the service and other users.
7 Sharing and public use
You create and distribute share links at your own direction. Check the content, recipients, and your authority to share before sending or publishing a link.
Verify original sources before citing database entries, AI reports, or literature summaries. Reference information does not replace a formal citation.
8 Intellectual property
EPRMind software, interface design, database structure, marks, and platform content are protected by applicable law. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create a substantially substitutive service without permission.
Using EPRMind does not transfer ownership of your lawful input. Use of AI output remains subject to applicable law and any rights in source data or third-party material.
9 Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable efforts to maintain security and availability, but networks, devices, third-party services, maintenance, or force majeure may cause delay, interruption, or loss of access. Keep your own copies of important raw data and results.
To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for losses caused by incorrect input, use outside the stated model scope, failure to review results, unauthorized sharing, or a third-party service rests with the responsible party.
10 Privacy
We process personal information and research data as described in the EPRMind Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of these terms. For personal-information matters, the Privacy Policy and applicable law control.
11 Updates termination and disputes
We may update these terms as law or the service changes and will provide reasonable notice. If you do not accept an update, you may stop using the service and request account closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion and otherwise use a court with lawful jurisdiction.
